This project has been a significant step in my understanding of concept art. Starting as just a beautiful product, I realized that design needs to be deeper and more meaningful.
———
Due to tight deadlines, I simplified my art style, using basic colors for light, shadow, and highlights. Color transitions were created using a radial gradient and its transformation through warp or liry, blurred with Gaussian blur.
———
After working on Champions 2022, I revised my approach to idea development. Now, I seek associations that are not immediately obvious. In this project, I explored human relationships and emotions. Each weapon symbolizes love, friendship, dreams, and passion, with silhouettes and forms emphasizing these feelings.
———
My main principle is to leave room for the entire team's creativity. Every artist deserves the opportunity for self-expression. I always trust my team, and thanks to our collective efforts, the final product exceeds all our expectations.
———
Huge thanks to producers Laura Baltzer and Victoria Kim for organizing this complex process.
